It has a large living room overlooking a modern and very well equipped open kitchen. Large terraces, in front of and on the side of the living room above the pool, allow you to enjoy the sun whether you want to relax or have lunch. A barbecue is available to enjoy a little more of these spaces.
All bedrooms have a beautiful view and high quality bedding. Everything has been thought for optimal comfort. The bathrooms are very modern with a neat decoration and a beautiful light.
The outdoor areas such as large terraces, the garden and the pool make it an ideal place for sharing during holidays with family or friends.
It is possible to park easily in the street that runs along the villa. The center of Villefranche sur Mer is quickly accessible by stairs that lead directly to it. To stay in shape, the tennis court "La Barmassa" is right at the end of the street.
The pool is emptied every winter from October 15th to April 1st.
